Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Our program is designed for those who prefer not to workout in a gym environment or for those who already have access to a gym. An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you. If a gym workout is what you prefer, we have a program you can follow as well! We provide One-on-0ne in person training within our designated area, virtual training online for at home workouts and an online training program to follow on your own during your own time frame!
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
